Everything is bigger in Texas!

I think now is a good time to talk about my home state Texas! We  have shown you  the amazing homes of celebrities in the Hollywood Hills, Valley and Malibu areas of California, but I want to show you an example how much land AND home you could get in Texas for the same price if not cheaper. Reese Witherspoon sells Cali Ranch

Actress Reese Witherspoon bought her California Ranch for $5.8M back in March 2008, but  just sold to an unknown buyer for a measly $4,983,500.

Despite its apparent charms, the Four Christmases actrees couldn’t seem to avoid taking a loss when it came to the sell price of this property.

This ranch was designed by L.A. architect Wallace Neff, “Libby Ranch”  and previously has hallowed the pages of Elle Decor.

Don’t feel too worried about Witherspoon’s final $816,500 loss, remember the star has a few clutch properties to wallow in.

What is motivation? At 24 years old and a world renown producer/DJ, Avicii’s might come to mind when you see his all new 7,007 square feet home in the exclusive hills of Los Angeles.
